Whistleblowing

The Firm provides support in the design and implementation of whistleblowing systems under national legislation (relating to both the public and the private sector) and EU legislation (with particular reference to the implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937), and in line with international best practices (ISO 37002:2021 — Whistleblowing management systems).

The Firm’s professionals have acquired experience in drafting Whistleblowing Policies and in providing companies with adequate and integrated assistance in managing the reports received, in accordance with corporate policies and coordinating any internal investigations.

Following the transposition of the above-mentioned Directive by Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, the Firm supports companies in adapting their internal reporting channels, in appointing and training report managers and in properly liaising with ANAC, taking on, where requested, the role of external manager of reports.
