At the gala evening held at Palazzo Mezzanotte, the Firm received the Le Fonti Awards 2017 in the category Law Firm of the Year — Corporate Criminal Law “for having been able to invest in young and well-prepared associates, consolidating, under a new name, its experience in all areas of corporate criminal law, and counting among its clients leading Italian industrial groups. For the centrality given to the human relationship and for its approach to criminal law as, first and foremost, the law of the individual”.

In 2017, Giuseppe Fornari was awarded the Legalcommunity Finance Awards prize in the Lawyer of the Year – Financial Criminal Law category: “A “pragmatic expert” with acknowledged experience in corporate criminal law, along with in-depth knowledge of the world of banking and finance”.

Also in 2017, Di Fiorino won the award “Italy’s Leading Adviser in Fraud & Identity Theft” from Acquisition International.
