Professional experience
She began working with the Firm in 2024, after completing early legal traineeship at a leading international law firm.
She provides assistance in white-collar criminal law, with particular reference to corporate, tax and insolvency offences, as well as offences against the public administration and against property.
She also deals with international judicial cooperation, supporting clients involved in extradition proceedings at the various stages of the procedure and handling the aspects connected with their administrative status in Italy.
She has likewise gained experience in the administrative liability of entities arising from crime pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, as well as in occupational health and safety, with particular reference to the obligations laid down by Legislative Decree No. 81/2008.
She also drafts and updates organisational models pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and advises on compliance matters, working with the Supervisory Bodies of companies operating in various sectors, from construction to fashion, through to companies active in the Oil & Gas sector.
Education
She graduated with honours in Law from Bocconi University in Milan in 2024 with a thesis in criminal law under the supervision of Professor Tommaso Trinchera.
She took part in an exchange programme at Temple University in Philadelphia in 2023.
Bar admission
She has been admitted to practise as a lawyer since 2026 and is a member of the La Spezia Bar Association.
