Professional experience

She began working with the Firm in 2025.

In the course of her professional career she has gained well-established experience in both criminal and civil matters, working with leading law firms and providing assistance and defence in advisory work as well as in litigation.

In the criminal law field she has well-established experience in advising and assisting on medical malpractice and, more generally, on professional liability. She has also consolidated her expertise in offences against the person and the family, occupational health and safety offences, offences against the public administration and against property, as well as in assistance and defence in proceedings concerning building, planning, landscape and environmental offences, and in corporate criminal law and corporate criminal liability pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001.

In the civil law field she works mainly in civil and professional liability, with particular regard to healthcare liability. She assists and defends healthcare facilities, senior physicians and healthcare staff, having gained an in-depth knowledge of the issues connected with litigation in this area. She also handles litigation concerning defective product liability and road accidents. She has likewise developed expertise in corporate law and business crisis law, as well as in the management of debt recovery procedures.

Education

She graduated in Law from the University of Bari in 2002, discussing a thesis in criminal procedure.

Bar admission

She has been admitted to practise as a lawyer since 2006 and is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
