Criminal law relating to the public administration

The Firm assists its clients, both individuals and legal entities, in matters concerning offences against the public administration, with particular reference to proceedings in which the transnational nature of the conduct has been alleged.

The experience gained covers the main offences against the public administration — bribery, extortion by a public official, undue inducement to give or promise benefits, embezzlement and bid rigging — including in proceedings relating to public procurement, concessions and relations with supervisory authorities.

The Firm also supports businesses in preventing corruption risk, in managing relations with the National Anti-Corruption Authority and in preparing the self-cleaning measures required to take part in tender procedures.
