Whistleblowing

The firm provides support in the design and implementation of whistleblowing systems in accordance with national (both public and private sector) and EU legislation (with particular reference to the implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937) and in line with international best practices (ISO 37002:2021 – Whistleblowing management systems).

The Firm’s professionals have acquired experience in drafting Whistleblowing Policies and in providing adequate and integrated assistance to companies in the management of reports received, in compliance with company policies and coordinating any internal investigation activities.
