Margherita Cicirillo

Professional experience

She began working with the Firm in 2025.

She deals with corporate criminal law, providing assistance in proceedings concerning offences against the public administration, against property, corporate offences, environmental offences and offences against honour. She assists individuals and entities at the various stages of criminal proceedings, and also advises on the prevention of criminal risk in business.

She has gained experience in the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, dealing with the preparation and updating of organisational models and with assistance to Supervisory Bodies.

Education

She graduated with honours in Law from the University of Milan, discussing a thesis on interest in monetary obligations and private autonomy, under the supervision of Professor Chiara Tenella Sillani.

During her studies she explored, in addition to criminal law, topics of civil and administrative law, thereby developing a cross-cutting background.

Bar admission

She has been admitted to practise as a lawyer in Italy since 2025 and is a member of the Lecce Bar Association.
