Corporate Criminal Liability of entities

We ensure the implementation of an organisational tool for the prevention of offences, both through the adoption and effective implementation of an adequate Organisation and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/01, and through the implementation of an adequate internal control system.

This work is carried out through a preliminary analysis of the risk areas and the related control safeguards, the identification of areas for improvement and the delivery of initiatives to strengthen the control system.

We proactively assist companies according to a dynamic vision of corporate liability, making the adoption of the Model not only a burden but also a privileged opportunity for analysis and innovation, with a primary impact in terms of improving organisational and governance systems. We contribute to rationalising internal procedures and controls, so as to optimise and strengthen existing control structures.

The Firm also assists companies in the dynamic management of the Model: from updating it following the introduction of new predicate offences, to staff training, through to support in handling reports and critical events that test its effectiveness.
