Privacy

The Firm provides support in the legal activities connected with the management of privacy and the protection of personal data processed under national and international legislation.

In this area we assist clients both on the advisory side — supporting the client in implementing privacy procedures such as the preparation of DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments) and processing registers — and on the operational side, through the preparation of the documentation required for the correct processing of personal data (e.g.: privacy notices, data processor appointment agreements, appointments of persons authorised to process data).

The Firm’s professionals make their expertise available by acting as DPO or by supporting that function in its activity, in order to ensure the correct management of personal data.

Particular attention is devoted to the intersection between data protection and investigative activity — whether internal or defensive — as well as to sanctioning aspects, with assistance in proceedings before the Italian Data Protection Authority.
