Pietro Frazzica
Professional experience
In 2021 he completed early legal traineeship at a leading law firm specialising in criminal tax law.
He carried out the traineeship pursuant to Article 73 of Decree-Law 69/2013 at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Court of Milan.
He has been working with the Firm since 2022, mainly assisting entities operating in a wide range of sectors (oil and gas, energy, steel, private equity, banking and finance and insurance) in criminal proceedings concerning tax and insolvency offences and offences against the public administration and against property.
He also assists clients in managing the criminal risk inherent in the relationship between new technologies and the capital markets, with particular reference to the collection of savings through the issue and transfer of crypto-assets.
He regularly takes part in internal investigations, including those conducted in the form of defensive investigations, to protect the assets and reputation of entities and individuals.
He has gained experience in drafting organisation and control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and, more generally, in implementing tools to mitigate criminal risk within complex organisations, with specific reference to H&S matters.
Academic activity
Since 2024 he has worked with the Chairs of White-Collar Criminal Law and Criminal Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan as an adjunct academic collaborator (Cultore della Materia).
Education
He graduated in Law with top marks from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2022, discussing a thesis in criminal tax law.

Admitted to practise as a lawyer since 2026.
