Martina Pangallo

Professional experience

She began working with the Firm in 2021, after an experience at a leading Milan law firm. She deals mainly with tax, insolvency, financial, environmental and public administration criminal law. She has gained experience in corporate criminal liability pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, as well as in occupational health and safety.

She is the author of publications in newspapers and journals on white-collar criminal law.

Education

She graduated in Law with top marks from Bocconi University in Milan in 2020, with a thesis on anti-mafia preventive measures.

She took part in an exchange programme at the University of Buenos Aires in 2017.

In the 2023-2024 academic year, she attended the advanced course “Anticorruzione e prevenzione dell’illegalità nella Pubblica Amministrazione e nell’Impresa” (Anti-corruption and the prevention of unlawful conduct in the Public Administration and in Business).

Bar admission

She has been admitted to practise as a lawyer in Italy since 2022 and is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
