Professional experience

She has been working with the Firm since 2015, dealing mainly with environmental, tax, insolvency and public administration criminal law, as well as with defamation and the criminal law of information.

She has gained significant experience in corporate criminal liability, supporting companies and control bodies in the implementation and updating of organisation, management and control Models, in training activities, in supporting Supervisory Bodies and, more generally, in corporate compliance activities. She also handles internal investigations, providing assistance and advice in the management of internal enquiries, including in the context of whistleblowing reports, and in defining the resulting corrective measures and the strengthening of compliance safeguards. On these topics she is co-author of the volumes L’Organismo di Vigilanza nel sistema 231 (The Supervisory Body in the 231 System) and Investigazioni interne. Poteri, Diritti, Limiti, Responsabilità (Internal Investigations. Powers, Rights, Limits, Liability), published by Pacini Giuridica.

She is also the author of publications in newspapers and journals on white-collar criminal law.

She lectures in criminal law and criminal procedure at Lexademy — Accademia del diritto, within the mandatory Bar training school.

She carries out pro bono work in support of the Sportello Solidale Antimafia Davide Salluzzo, providing legal assistance and advice to victims of extortion and usury. She also takes part in training and awareness initiatives aimed at promoting a culture of lawfulness and at countering organised crime.

Education

She graduated with honours in Law from Bocconi University in Milan in 2015.

She obtained a second-level Master’s degree in Corporate Criminal Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2017.

She attended the Specialisation Course in International Scenarios of Organised Crime at the University of Milan in the 2020-2021 academic year.

Bar admission

She has been admitted to practise as a lawyer since 2018 and is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
