Occupational health and safety criminal law

The Firm is active in defending individuals and legal entities charged with breaching the rules protecting hygiene, health and safety in the workplace.

The Firm’s professionals also provide out-of-court advice to companies, overseeing the implementation of safety management systems and offering assistance in identifying the persons responsible pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 81/2008 and in drafting delegations and sub-delegations of functions, so as to guarantee the necessary balance between the tasks actually performed by the various parties and the related liabilities.

In the event of an accident at work or an occupational disease, the Firm intervenes from the earliest stages of the emergency, assisting the company and its senior management in inspections and in managing relations with the investigating authorities, with the aim of circumscribing liability and protecting operational continuity.
